Our after –sales service term
Hardware:
● All the parts are separate. Please do not send broken them back to us to repair. Customers could open them by the screw driver and electric soldering iron tools to repair or replace new parts by themselves.
● Please follows the “caution” lable when you open the parts.
● When parts broken at the moment you receive the goods, we supply you the new parts freely.
● Customers need to send back the broken parts. The freight cost of each payment. When parts broken under the using, customers need to pay for the components and freight cost.
Soft ware:
We send you the upgrade firmware freely.
